Shadow doodles do make smiles!
Yesterday we spent some time looking at the fun drawings of David Zinn, a chalk drawing street artist, who makes the most of cracks in pavements, broken bricks, manhole covers and the like! (click here).
Today we are going to spend a fascinating few minutes with Vincent Bal, who is a Belgian film-maker and illustrator.
He turns the shadows of everyday objects into amazing images!
But like David the chalk artist, Vincent's images do not last, because they are dependent on the shadows cast by a light source.
So why does he do it, and can you make any sort of a living from something that isn't permanent?
Vincent explains all in the following video.....
And here are some more examples of Vincent's quirky work!.......so clever, they will certainly make you smile!
